Not Quite the Fortune I Expected
rude staff cold food
The restaurant situation was a disaster. You had to queue each morning for a seat, a real joy when you are trying to start your day. The food itself wasn't any better. It was mostly cold, or severely overcooked. Staff in the kitchen acted like they were doing you a favor just by being there, very rude. No apology received by the staff.

clean environment helpful staff central location amazing speed
i experienced a very clean and tidy environment. the staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness throughout my stay. its central location aided my exploration of nearby attractions. the team addressed all my needs with amazing speed.
the shower lacked consistent water pressure, sometimes reducing the flow.

The hotel was really clean and neat. the location felt very central, it made getting around easy. the staff were friendly. They offered drinks in the lobby. the price felt right considering the location and amenities.

a decent experience
great location friendly staff modern room poor cleaning bathroom privacy non-functional spa
The location was great. It was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms was new and modern. (i thought the decor was nicely done)
The daily room cleaning was not very good. the bathroom had a glass screen separating it from the room. This offered little privacy. the advertised spa did not work during my entire stay.
